Delete your DriveLog account

How to delete your account in the app

1. 1Open SettingsLaunch DriveLog, sign in if you are signed out, and open the Settings tab.
2. 2Tap “Delete account”In the Account section, tap “Delete account”.
3. 3ConfirmConfirm in the dialog that appears. Your account and its data are deleted immediately — this cannot be undone.

Can’t access the app?

Email your deletion request todrivelog.dev@gmail.comfrom the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following are permanently removed from our servers:

• •Your account profile (name and email address from Google Sign-In)
• •All vehicles you created
• •All fuel, service, registration and other cost records
• •Ownership records and any vehicle transfer requests you sent or received
• •Sign-in session and refresh tokens

What data is kept, and for how long

• •Nothing tied to your identity is retained after deletion.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Once your account is deleted, no copy of your data is retained for any additional period.

Using DriveLog without an account

If you use DriveLog as a guest, your data is stored only on your device and never reaches our servers. Uninstalling the app removes that data.
